Please find attached the final draft of the minutes for the January 2019 Annual Meeting of the ARRL Board of Directors.

Please not that the Standing Orders give a three-day period before asking for the approval of the minutes from the Board. Pursuant to that order, I will send a request on Thursday January 31^st asking Board members to note their approval.  Once eight directors have given their approval, they are considered official and will be circulated to the membership via the email reflector and posted on the ARRL Web.
