Yesterday in [arrl-odv:21592] President Craigie provided the background on the following resolution that is being offered by the Executive Committee to the Directors for mail vote:
"Resolved, that upon the recommendation of the Second Century Campaign Committee, the goal of the ARRL Second Century Campaign is $10,000,000. Further resolved, that the campaign will end on December 31, 2014, the last day of the ARRL's centennial year."
