I am delighted to announce that David C. Isgur will join ARRL on Monday, October 9th, 2017 as ARRL Communications Manager. David joins us from the University of Hartford where he served for 20 years as Director of Media Relations.
He has enjoyed a long career in journalism before turning to public relations, including acting as the Bureau Chief of Reuters International’s Hartford news bureau, and serving as Editor/Managing Editor of the
Hartford Business Journal. David is a graduate of Boston University’s College of Communications (School of Public Communications). He resides in West Harford.
