In other words: Are we making money on this? Are ARRL members going to get discounts on Maglite products? Are we going to sell Maglite flashlights re-branded as ARRL flashlights?
Was this partnership something approved by the EC or A&F?

Hi Mike The announcement reads like a corporate buyout. Did this go to the board for approval? If this is not a corporate takeover and actually a marketing feat by Maglite, how much money did Maglite pay ARRL for ARRL's endorsement of its products? Can that money be distributed to the members, in recognition of the devaluation of ARRL as it just turned itself into a marketing organization?
