p18 item 26 - Did we really
award the 2017 professional media award for video reporting for an
interview that took place in May 2018?
I spoke with Vice Director Bill Morine who is the board liaison to the
Public Relations Committee. He is at a Hamfest, but recalls that the Bill
Leonard Award was a holdover from 2017, and the interview took place in
September 2017. We do not have access to the primary documents at
this time, but it should be indicated in the PRC/PSC
minutes.
QSL, thanks for double checking Jim and Bill.
Motion 25 - The interview with KI1U for NPR was on 9/29/17

Motion 26 - The most recent interview with KI1U regarding Hurricane Maria
was on the Weather Channel in May 2018 -

Maybe the story the PR committee reviewed was
from last fall, right after Maria? I couldn't tell when the show
aired from the motion or even which show was but I think there was at
least one story on the
Weather Channel last fall. I just want to be sure we could
reference the right interview and make sure it was during 2017.
Aha, just found it:

It was referenced in the ARRL PR Media Hits page under
"Georgia" from September 28, 2017.
So I guess
the minutes are all OK on that point.
