[ARRL-ODV:10552] Copy of as-filed BPL comments

OK, folks, the comments are finally filed with FCC. I uploaded three files; the comments first with the Appendix attached; the Exhibit A (Metavox report) second, because it was a PDF file, and the Exhibits B-E third. The comments, as filed, are attached. The exhibits, as filed, will come separately. I am, in the meantime, off to see the Orioles horsewhip the Chicago White Sox.
