Thanks for the update David. In this particular case we are getting error 550, which generally means that we got put on an RBL blacklist. It might be worth getting a monitor going with MXToolbox so that we can be more proactive. I think you have to pay for some level of service to get realtime monitoring. According to them, arrl.net<http://arrl.net> is not currently on a blacklist. One of my emails was from N6TV, who is operating his business using that alias. That seems dicey to me, but there you go. There is an implicit expectation of service out there, apparently.
