Back on December 3 I shared with you Tom Wheeler’s first major speech as FCC Chairman. Here is the second in what he says is a series.

He mentions the FCC Technological Advisory Council (TAC), which he chaired prior to being appointed FCC Chairman. We are represented on the TAC by RF Safety Committee Chairman Greg Lapin, N9GL.
