If in fact Mr. Rehman has filed a complaint with the Connecticut Bar Association or other authorities, we will await adjudication of those before accepting any of Mr. Rehman's recommendations. We will continue to request, as necessary, advice and opinions of our Connecticut counsel, Day Pitney, on matters effecting Connecticut law.
