To prepare for the introduction of the Worked All States award feature of Logbook of the World, over the weekend we ran a maintenance program to reorganize the data in the LoTW database. It's taking a bit longer than expected to run, so the restoration of LoTW availability has been pushed back to tomorrow (Tuesday) morning. DXCC listings are also temporarily unavailable as a result.

The good news is that this brings us very close to the introduction of WAS on LoTW.
