One of the SEC’s in the Atlantic Division just sent me information that ARRL Emergency Preparedness Manager, Mike Corey, is driving into Tuscaloosa to coordinate options with the Alabama Section Emergency Coordinator.

Not knowing anymore than that, on the surface this doesn’t appear to be utilizing our resources in the best manner possible.

Could we get more information on this and other ARRL HQ staff responses to the storms in the southern states?
