see if it was there.
Strangely this is an accurate representation of Amateur Radio - at
least for those who've ever participated in Field Day :)
I recall one FD our activities were cut short by a lightning strike
where we heard the "snap" before hearing the "bang". Too close! K5YPV
and I looked at each other and at the same time, just like on TV, said
"I'm going home". 15 minutes later we were packed (antennas, tents,
and all equipment including two generators) and outta there! That
seems like a hundred years ago now.
Anyway, I still like Mountain Dew :)
