I think Kay's analysis is correct. The only deviation I would suggest is that the power output limit be 50 watts rather than 100 watts. The reason is that the FCC RF exposure regulations assume that amateur stations using a transmitter power of less than 50 W PEP at the transmitter output terminal are inherently within the regulations. Setting the power limit accordingly avoids a whole bunch of material that is best left out of an entry level exam (how many old timers really understand specific absorption rates,etc.?) Dave K1ZZ
