Indeed, the White House just now announced the below nominations.  President Biden also designated Commissioner Rosenworcel as FCC Chair, effective immediately.

A little political update.  While not yet officially announced, I have it on good authority that key Congressional staff are being briefed that President Biden intends to nominate acting FCC Chairwomen Rosenworcel to a new term at the FCC and to designate her as permanent Chairwoman.  Gigi Sohn, a long-time communications policy activist and advisor to former Chairman Wheeler, is said to be in line to be nominated for the other vacant Democratic seat.   (Gigi has a side gig hosting a podcast on communications and tech issues that is available here: https://glenecho.libsyn.com/.)

Rosenworcel must leave the Commission when Congress adjourns in December when the statutory extension of her current term expires, but the betting is that she will be re-confirmed by the Senate before adjournment.
