Rumors are flying that the President, fresh from his gun control defeat in the Senate today and in the wake of the bombing in Boston, is calling upon Congress to initiate legislation that would require background checks for those who purchase pressure cookers, large quantities of gun powder, batteries, nails, BBs, backpacks, etc. :-D
