I have tried a few people at HQ with regard to getting another of my members, Rudy Dehn, W2JVF, recognized for his 100th birthday. So now I'm coming to ODV in the hope that someone can help me out. Howard? We passed motions this past July but now we are told that we don't need to do that and we can just do it through HQ. Well, nobody's responding to my emails for months now.
