Attached is a motion to thank three individuals that made last year's VOTA operations much easier to manage. I believe it explains itself.

Dir. Boehner was first in line to offer to move it, and I added everyone I have talked to lately about it as a second. I would assume by the time it hits the floor the second would be "the entire ARRL board".
