We’re excited to report that planning is well-underway for the 2007 ARRL National Convention and ARRL EXPO in Huntsville, August 18-19, www.arrl.org/expo . The convention is preceded by the Global Amateur Radio Emergency Communications Conference (GAREC), August 16-17 at the Embassy Suites Huntsville, http://www.iaru.org/emergency/garec2007.html.

Please respond with the following information:

1) Are you attending the ARRL National Convention? [And, please include the name(s) and call sign(s) of any other traveler(s) that will accompany you--spouse, companion or other family member--for exhibit badges]

2) Your shirt size if you’d like a couple of ARRL polo shirts. The shirts are yellow/butter colored, same as Dayton, and the Ladies style has a V-neck. These shirts are NOT personalized (we will wear our ‘red’ badges).

ARRL has contracted with the Embassy Suites Huntsville for the National Convention. Gail Iannone is managing the ARRL rooming list (block of rooms) for the hotel. She will distribute hotel reservation forms to ARRL officials and staff.
