Hi all: A promo-eventfor the reopening of ARRL Headquarters is set for Thursday morning, July 15.  A specific time will be determined later but it will probably be around 8:00-9:00. The EC discussed the event today and decidedto authorize all Board members to travel on Wednesday, July 14, with expenses chargedto the Board meeting account. This willallow those who wish to participate in the event to arrive early on Wednesday.
