[arrl-odv:28167] Volunteer-Monitor@arrl.org not working

Hello ALL -    IT appears that there is a problem with the VM application email address.        Bounced emails to the submission address hasbeen reported and one notable issue is that the rejected email bounce can  sometimes end up in the applicant's spam folder. If the applicant doesn'tsearch the spam folder, they might never be aware thatthe application was never really delivered.So far this evening I have heard of 3 bounces and no successful submissions.     See you in Dayton.                            73, Kermit W9XA
