I won't be able to make the conf call. Will be on a plane from Montreal to Hartford. My thoughts are similar to those expressed by Jim Pace. I don't see any urgent reason to change anything. I'm not clear what the downside risk is if we do nothing. The EC was not unanimous in its decision either, they vacillated. Tom K1KI /VE7
