Incidentally, as to "where do we go from here" on BPL, the oppositions to our petition for reconsideration, unless FCC bounces it, will be due 15 days after public notice of the filing of the recon petition. Those have to be served on us. Ten days after that, we must file our reply to those oppositions; separately or on a consolidated basis. There are other arguments Ed Hare wanted to make that we didn't get the space to make. We can address those in our reply pleading(s). 73, Chris W3KD
