Dear ARRL BOD: As you are aware, I was not able to attend the July BOD meeting due to the passing of my wife Rita. In reading the draft minutes of the meeting, I noticed her name under Silent Keys even though she is not a Ham. On behalf of my family and myself, thank you for honoring her in such a fine manner.
