Is anyone else having problems with the website?  I can reach the site, but then moving around within the site is very slow, and if I try to log on It takes forever or I get a 502 message.<br>At this moment, I just got logged in, and it seems to be allowing me to navigate around.  Is there any way to determine why it is so inconsistent?  <b>HELP.</b><br>
