I've always been in favor of Hartford for the January meeting for the reasons stated by the others. However, thinking back on the January meetings in other places, I'm ready to favor that approach. It's not good for board newcomers, but I think the rest of us can keep adequate pulse of Newington by judiciously utilizing our July time.
