I am sad to report that ex-director Lisenco has not responded to any of my communications and requests for information (and property belonging to ARRL such as signage), including a phone call and a certified letter sent to his home address. Therefore I do not have a report for the Hudson Division this time. I'm already gathering information and talking with clubs for the next time around.
