
Not only didn't Chairman Powell recuse himself, he repeatedly referred to his visit to Manassas, Virginia in his remarks proclaiming the limitless potential for BPL. It is beyond me how he can claim to have it both ways. How he can claim the demonstration in Manassas does not violate the ex parte Sunshine provision of FCC Rules and at the same time rely upon and repeated refer to the "information" presented during the demonstration. He appears to understand the term Sunshine as it is used in the phrase "Blowing Sunshine up ..........."
