I'm having the same difficulty.  Either the link is incorrect or I dont know what to do to get to the correct page once I get to a link.

Bill Cross's links default to a ULS listing for Arnold R. Conn, Jr., KA5ILH or to a "Page Not Found" url.

Here are the relevant links, courtesy of Riley Hollingsworth. He had asked

The letter itself is for real and is on the page at
http://wireless2.fcc.gov/UlsApp/ApplicationSearch/applMain..jsp?applID=305266
9. Click on "Attachments" and it will take you to a page that has
"automated letters" at the bottom. A link to the letter is there.

It's for real. The ALJ's decision is in EDOCS-here's the link
http://transition.fcc.gov/Daily_Releases/Daily_Business/2014/db0623/FCC-14M-
20A1.pdf

The application was dismissed. See
http://wireless2.fcc.gov/UlsApp/ApplicationSearch/applMain..jsp?applID=305266
9 for the ULS entry. We did it as a pro forma red light rule dismissal.
