Dear Mark, The Legal Structure Review Committee never submitted a report. We were asked not to post the HF Band Planning Committee report yet because the committee had to make some edits to it. The report of the Legislative Advocacy Committee is not posted to the public because reports referring to legal matters have always been Board confidential to my knowledge, and I was told last July this report falls under that category. The ARISS Committee is a new committee, and I do not have the authorization to make documents public, so I need a directive to do that.
