Ed Hare, W1RFI, will highlight a significant problem with imported radios - all the details are in the Appendix to the EMC Report Doc #16 that was sent to JP earlier tonight. This Appendix is BOARD CONFIDENTIAL. Your perusal of the Appendix will go a long way to achieve a better understanding of the issue. Ed will also answer any questions.

The Lab still has work to do before a Board action can be proposed.
