Greetings. Attached is a copy of the House version of our draft CC&R Bill and the briefing paper that we have been using. The Senate version is of course virtually identical in substance. In addition, our handouts at Congressional offices have included basic information about Amateur Radio, a copy of our extensive comments in the FCC docket and the FCC report to Congress (not because it is favorable but because we can't hide from it).
