My ISP Spectrum/Charter likewise began blacklisting me a couple of weeks ago. Luckily Director Hippisley alerted me to a missed Roanoke Division email blast. Jim Schaum at HQ is a delight to work with on these matters, but I feel it’s a continual game of whack-a-mole before the problem recurs. 73 de Bill Morine, N2COP Vice Director - Roanoke Division ARRL - the national association for Amateur Radio

Sounds like you called out of turn and were put on the list...... (hi)
Or, maybe it's a weak signal issue. (more hi)

Just a note that it appears a Comcast server has again blacklisted my incoming ARRL e-mails, which is keeping me from receiving anything from the reflectors. I can apparently send messages, I just can't see replies. It's probably been that way for a couple of weeks now! If you have something to complain to me about, you'll have to send it to me directly for now. ;-)
The IT staff at HQ is looking into it.
