I was told that some of you might be coming in as early as Monday and will be departing as late as Monday (well I know not on ARRL budget) the hotel is selling out quickly and if you want to be locked in on the rate that ARRL received I need to know by Wednesday pm. Otherwise you will not be able to check in early or check out later.
