At the Michigan State Convention today, a ham asked me about something he saw on the FCC's ULS web site. I was not aware of it, and maybe others were not, either. I just checked it out on line from my hotel room, and the guy was right. If you go to the ULS web site, here's the message you see: 11/5/2005 The granting of Amateur applications has been temporarily suspended. We apologize for the inconvenience. What's up?
