Joel and Chris,<br><br>Thank you for the excellent report, and the fine job that you did at the meeting.&nbsp; Can we be as forceful with Commissioner Copps?&nbsp; I hope that we can make an impression on him, which includes our expectation that he manage the actions of those who work for the Commission.&nbsp; I thoroughly enjoyed reading the report and attachments.
