I've been trying to figure out the usefulness to the BOD of these webinars. As I previously mentioned by e-mail, the webinar format (usually employed as a teaching device) seems woefully inadequate to the task of addressing the issues that have been raised, especially with a three minute time limitation and no involvement by Day Pitney. Also, I understand that some BOD members may be unavailable at that date and time.
It would seem that matters of such gravity would be better addressed at the BOD meeting in July where the BOD can act as the deliberative body that it is in accordance with Robert's Rules of Order.

If there is any change to this information, I will send an update to ODV. I have also reserved the phone conference bridge as a backup to GoToMeeting. In the event that there are problems with GoToMeeting, we may need to switch to the conference bridge. Information for both GoToMeeting and the conference bridge appear at the end of this e-mail.
I will be acting as the moderator. Due to the large number of people likely to participate, it will be necessary to mute most microphones and ask those who wish to speak to "raise their hands".
In order to give everyone a fair chance to be heard, there need to be a few Ground Rules. Each person will be allowed 3 minutes to present their opinion, etc. Every attendee who wishes to speak may do so. But to ensure everyone has a chance to speak, everyone who wishes it will be given their first chance to speak before "Round 2" comments will be accepted.
