Attached are the minutes of A&F's last face-to-face meeting. Since this occurred 2 months ago, there are numerous updates to the information reported therein. These updates will be discussed in the A&F Report being written for the July Board meeting. While the A&F Report for July's meeting will be a public document, these Minutes are for the Board only. In particular, the existence of and information concerning the possible Gift Agreement should not be shared outside the Board family. Considerable discussions have occurred already about this agreement, and further developments will certainly occur which mean that this topic can only be regarded as a work in progress. 73, Greg Widin, K0GW 2014 A&F Chairman
