If indeed it is phish, it's pretty darn odd that we are talking about getting the life member data up to date and this comes out to life members.
Carla already has checked with IT and said it was bunk, but I guess we should check again.

When I clicked on the link it took me to the ARRL website to thank me for confirming I was still alive, nowhere else.
