13 NOV, 2003 - 1100 CST I just finished reading the latest BPL article on our web site. It's nicely worded, yet still makes the point about Commissioner Abernathy's enthusiastic support for BPL. I wonder where the "FCC photo" of Ms. Abernathy was taken? Aren't those red balloons on the left side of the photo? And why is that long straight (pointer?) aimed at her throat? 73 - Dick, W9GIG
