Barry,
So, has there been any follow-up from the Keelen Group?

I sent the following reply to Doug directly a week or so ago.

Sorry, it’s been very busy here with all the 2017 planning meetings.
The response from the auditors was that there were no limitations on expenditures under the “Section H” election. They were not aware of any limitations on activities but I would be remiss if I didn’t suggest that we check that with The
Keelen Group who are more aware of those kinds of regulations and limitations.

A couple of weeks ago, Bill Morine wisely asked about soliciting support for HR-1301 from non-ARRL members. From my years as a CPA, I didn’t think that would be a violation but,
since Barry offered to inquire of the League’s auditors, I did not chime in.
I have seen nothing on ODV as to the response Barry received, if any, and the election-extended window of opportunity to add to our base of support makes the answer relevant in deciding
how to use these intervening weeks before the lame-duck session begins. So, have we received any confirmation that we may solicit support from non-members?
