The locals say that Alan Richenbacher, a PPL engineer who is quoted in the article sniffing at hams' concerns, used to be K3PII. Letters are being written to the newspaper from area hams, including K2QM, a professor of physics at Princeton. Another ham has written to the United Power Line Council asking them to substantiate their claim that the ARRL is exaggerating the threat posed by BPL as a money-making gimmick. 73 - Kay N3KN
