Minute 32, 3rd Whereas somehow “an emergency simulation event” needs to be associated with “Mayo Clinic Bounce Day”.  Separating by a comma makes them separate event, which is incorrect.

 

Let’s try this:

 

“participation in Mayo Clinic Bounce Day emergency simulation event,”

 

Still reviewing but wanted you to get this before issuing something. I’ll be done shortly.

4. Mr. Harrison brought greetings on behalf of the IARU’s officers.  He summarized IARU efforts and plans for the upcoming year.  Mr. Harrison also touched base on the upcoming World Radio Conference (WRC23). In closing, he noted that the IARU Administrative Council held its first in-person meeting in over two years this past June.

17. Mr. Stratton provided an overview of the Legislative Advocacy Committee report.  Mr. Stratton moved, seconded by Dr. Boehner, to move into a Committee of the Whole to discuss confidential matters. Seeing no objection, the motion was APPROVED by unanimous vote. 

 

This should state "to discuss a confidential matter" as unless I am incorrect, you can only move into a CoW for one specific matter at a time.
