The Election Committee has completed its review of nomination petitions and candidates' questionnaires for this year's elections for Director and Vice Director with the following results. (You already have this information, but here it is in one piece.) In all uncontested elections the single eligible candidate has been declared elected or re-elected:

Northwestern

Vice Director: Leslie Shattuck, K4NK -- Patricia Hensley, N4ROS
The petition for Patricia Hensley was found to be invalid as it contained the signatures of only nine full ARRL members instead of the ten required. Accordingly, Leslie Shattuck, K4NK, has been declared re-elected.

Thus, the only balloting is in the Hudson Division for Director. The three-year terms of office of those elected begin at noon January 1, 2004.
