This is to everyone.....

I've been in meetings almost all day and had a conference call this evening. I was trying to keep up with the email flamers today but didn't get to really go back and read everything until tonight.

The tone of the email exchange today on ODV was uncalled for. It was unacceptable. It was disappointing. I have never seen anything like it in all of my years on the Board. I want it to stop.

You can get your message across and still be civil. You can get your message across and still be respectful. You can even get your message across with a little spit and gunpowder thrown in, but you don't have to be an ass doing it.

You are a collection of extraordinary people. We are better than I saw today.
