Skip obviously has nothing but an intense desire to bash and discredit the League at any cost, including the spread of false information. Remember, we brought him in to work on one of our committees. He was the lone opponent to what the committee decided and rather than continue to work within our structure he got mad, quit and has been vocally anti-ARRL ever since.
