Dave,
Thanks for checking up on Paul and giving us an update. It
is bad enough having to go to the hospital, but worse when you’re out of
town on a vacation trip. The good news is that he did well. I
know he was happy to see some friendly faces!

I’m pleased to report that Paul was discharged from the
hospital Saturday afternoon. My wife Linda picked him up and took him to lunch
and back to the hotel. He was able to join us for dinner that evening. He flew
home Sunday and describes the trip as “unremarkable.”

Those of you who are in Dayton this weekend probably heard that Paul
Rinaldo lost his balance and fell in the flea market this morning. He did not
lose consciousness during the episode. He was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital
by the EMTs on duty.
Linda and I stopped by to see Paul this evening after the
show closed. He had just had dinner and was in good spitirs. He is being
kept overnight for observation but expects to be discharged tomorrow.
