Earthlink is blocking emails from ARRL to its subscribers and has been unresponsive to our complaints throughout the day. When this happened in 2003 there were 2,600 ARRL members who were Earthlink customers and therefore were affected. Today, with many more members online, the number who are Earthlink customers is down to 1,700. Perhaps this latest incident will cause the number to drop a bit more... 73, Dave K1ZZ
