Andy,

I can receive mail from arrl.org and arrl.net. 

Just seems that Verizon is blocking mail coming from the odv reflector.  Figured I’d ask ARRL IT staff to change my odv delivery address to my earthlink address.

I’m getting messages from ODV to Earthlink, but don’t see a copy of the messages I’ve sent.

I’m sending you a copy of this message directly in addition through odv.

The problem isn't usually getting mail from an ISP (Earthlink, AOL, etc.) to ODV, but the other way around.  We have continuing problems with ISPs blocking mail coming from ARRL.ORG or ARRL.NET, and apparently lots of other small and medium sized businesses (names that aren't household words to the ISPs) have similar experiences.
