east coast, please can I ask a favor?  We have had several emails from
folks who would like to 'self-deploy' to NNJ and SNJ.  My SEC in NNJ is
being inundated with emails from all over from folks wanted to help. <br

information below about deployment to disaster affected areas, but I don't
think that many people are reading it or can read it.  Please use whatever
means you can to get the word out that anyone who is interested in helping
