Sharepoint would be a better, more secure tool, but, depending upon the license, would cost several dollars per month per user.If the League isn't using Office 365, they probably should be. It is likely less expensive than an Exchange server and could include licensing for the entire suite of Microsoft products. Non-profit pricing is quite attractive. The problem is all the email boxes that the League has for the legacy arrl.org email boxes. We wouldn't want to pay for hundreds (thousands?) of those.Mickey Baker, N4MB

If so, this would be a better platform to use than Dropbox. While it gives us the same file sharing capabilities it allows for so much more in terms of security and functionality. The user level learning curve is pretty easy.
Some of the features i like are ability to share files, setup meeting specific "rooms" off of the calendar, of course shared calendaring, customized workflows and enhanced file access, and multiple layers of security.
If we have the tool, which i think we do, perhaps we should take advantage of it?

And then Version 2 of a Motion shows up, and perhaps a correction to a report.
My life as a Director would be much easier if all motions and reports were put into a DropBox folder. When Version 2 of the motion, or a corrected report shows up, instead of going to my folder and adding the new/deleting the old, only the most recent would be there.
So I think we are using an antiquated method of document distribution. Access to DropBox folders is easy to control. Maybe there is even something better than DropBox (but that’s what I use with my clients).
Do other members of the Board agree that the League could do something more efficient than mailing each document to each person?
